After completing my reservation, should I have received a confirmation email? 2015-08-24T21:06:20+00:00

Yes, you should receive an email confirmation from us showing the unit(s), the event date, and your contact information. From time to time, these emails may end up in junk/spam folders. Please check those folders for the email from info@funtimebouncehouses.com. In addition to our email, you should also get an email from Paypal with confirmation of your deposit payment.

We are located in Thomasville, GA. We cover a wide area of counties in our delivery area. We offer FREE Setup and Delivery within a 25 mile radius of our office, and delivery beyond 25 miles for a small fee. Learn more about our delivery policy here.

We will gladly refund your deposit if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of event. We also offer rescheduling units based upon availability. Contact Us for details.

No, our website only collects your order details (requested unit, event date, event time, etc). All of the payment related information is collected by our payment gateway (Paypal) through their secure payment processing service.

In order to reserve your unit, you will need to pay online through our reservation system (paypal account or any major credit/debit card). The balance can be paid by cash, check, cashier’s check, or money order at the time of delivery, or by credit/debit card by calling us prior to your event date. We do not accept credit cards at delivery. Note: a 3% processing fee will be charged when processing the balance on credit/debit card ($5 minimum fee per transaction).

When will our rental be delivered and does someone need to be home? 2015-08-24T21:02:52+00:00

We guarantee delivery by the start time of your event. We will call you, at the contact number you provided, one hour prior to delivery. At delivery, someone will need to be able to sign the rental agreement and pay the balance due.

How long will we be able to keep our rental? Can we keep it the entire weekend? 2015-08-24T21:02:11+00:00

Our units are rented by the day. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that a unit can be kept over past the rental date. We will certainly try to accommodate, but it just depends on our rental schedule.
